How to install Allma for your company

Your first 5 minutes with Allma

Add Allma to your Slack workspace

To install Allma, navigate to allma.io and click the "Add to Slack" button or click here to install directly. You may be prompted to sign in to your Slack account, or if you're already signed into multiple Slack workspaces, you will be prompted to choose a workspace.

Admin access: depending on your company's admin settings, you may need to be a Slack admin be able to install the Allma Slack app. If this is the case, you will need to be granted admin level permissions or have an admin level team member install Allma in your Slack workspace.

Setting up Allma

Set up takes only 2 minutes. Allma walks you through optional configurations for severity levels, role management, communications, and integrations.

Once you have installed Allma, you will have access to the Allma web app to configure your settings at any point. You can view or change settings at any time by logging into our web app or in Slack via the Allma app home.

Introduce Allma to your team

Your team collaborates on incidents with Allma through joining one of our active incident channels or through receiving incident notifications in one of your existing team channels. You can immediately declare a new incident and invite teammates to collaborate or you can inform your team about Allma during onboarding or at any time via Slack or email. Feel free to use our template messages.

You're now set to use Allma to mitigate and resolve incidents with your team. 🎉
